Mission Statement

KCE Racing is a newly formed league consisting of experienced online racing drivers and administrators. Our journey began in 1994 with Papyrus NASCAR Racing, where local LAN parties with friends were our first taste of online racing. As we transitioned to titles like R-Factor, the online community continued to grow. About three years ago, we moved to iRacing and joined a community (league), which has since given us valuable friendships and countless great memories.

Today, we aim to offer others the most realistic online virtual racing experience possible. KCE Racing prides itself on clean, hard racing, with the ultimate goal of fostering camaraderie and friendships while honing our skills and race-craft. We address drama directly and swiftly to minimize distractions, allowing us to focus on enjoying the online racing experience. Our community is built on mutual respect, where drivers consistently show consideration for one another.

Our vision is for all members of this league to fully understand what is expected of them and to have clear expectations of what KCE Racing will provide.

Rules

Rules will be clearly written and not overwhelming. Just like in NASCAR, rules are essential. However, they are not meant to punish drivers for mistakes but to help us improve our skills and ultimately become better drivers.

Camaraderie Among Members/Drivers

Building camaraderie among members and drivers will enhance our experience and make our time together much more enjoyable. As we race weekly, we will become familiar with each other’s skill levels and tendencies, fostering friendships and trust on the track. This will lead to better racing and a stronger community.

Good Communication

The KCE Racing admins are committed to providing the best possible communication to ensure our members and drivers are informed about what, where, and why things are happening within the league. While not all discussions will be shared publicly, all decisions will be made by appointed committees to keep KCE Racing admin actions focused on what is best for the community.

Drivers Meetings

Every race begins with a pre-race driver’s meeting. These meetings, outlined in the rules, provide admins the opportunity to inform drivers of any last-minute changes or other important information that needs to be communicated.

Value Each and Every Member Equally

We recognize that the KCE Racing community will encompass a wide range of skill levels. Therefore, it is expected that all members and drivers treat each other with respect and consideration, regardless of skill level.
